THE CORE TEAM & SUPPORTSTRUCTURE

The Operation Team will be responsible for smooth functioning of all the sites, as Wellas attending to client's complaints.
They will be ably supported by Management who will have the responsibility for providing operational and HRsupport.
The core team will be based at site offices to maximize communication between our and Client/FM team.
The Site Unit Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for overall service management and the delivery of all kindofservices to Client/FM.
The Senior Management Team will be responsible for ensuring overall smooth functioning of the company.
